Description

The MEG is a "KfW 40 efficiency office building" with a particularly low energy requirement despite its glass facade. This is ensured, among other things, by the in-house photovoltaic system, heat recovery via ventilation and concrete core activation, which automatically regulates cold and heat. The roof garden stores water, filters dust and noise and provides habitat for plants and animals.
