The MEG is a "KfW 40 efficiency office building" with a particularly low energy requirement despite its glass facade. This is ensured, among other things, by the in-house photovoltaic system, heat recovery via ventilation and concrete core activation, which automatically regulates cold and heat. The roof garden stores water, filters dust and noise and provides habitat for plants and animals.

The office space can be divided flexibly and is equipped to a high standard, including a floor covering by arrangement, cavity floors, external sun protection and lighting. On the roof terrace with a view of the mountains there is a roof garden that invites you to linger and a modern multi-area that can be used for conferences, training courses and as an event location. There are sufficient parking spaces and charging facilities for electric cars and bicycles in the underground car park. Storage space in the basement can also be rented.
